Regional Ten Pin Bowling Event

HASSRA West Midlands Regional Ten Pin Bowling Event will be taking place on 17th May 2019 at 11am at Worcester Bowling Alley, WR2 5HN. To register your interest please e-mail hassra.westmidlands@dwp.gov.uk with your name and HASSRA number. 

Regional Equestrian Event

HASSRA West Midlands Regional Equestrian event will be held on Wednesday 26th June 2019 with arrival from 6pm to pair with the horse. 

This will be held at Cannock Chase Trekking Centre, Penkridge, ST19 5RP.

  • 25 PLACES AVAILABLE FOR THIS EVENT
  • £25 HASSRA MEMBERS
  • £40 Full cost/non HASSRA members 
  • Session led by professional riders
  • No experience necessary
  • Maximum weight limit 16 stone (set by centre)
  • All riders must wear long trousers & wellington boots/walking boots (if you do not have riding gear)
  • Hat hire included
  • Info required upon booking: name, height, weight, riding ability i.e. beginner, walk/trot or walk/­trot/­canter
  • All riders must complete a rider registration form 
  • This is not an RDA registered site (Riding for Disabled) therefore can only take able bodied riders

Regional Coarse Angling

HASSRA West Midland's Regional Coarse Angling Competitions are being held on 17th May, 6th June and 20th June at Tunnel Barn Farm Pools, Shrewley, CV35 7AN. To apply, please email hassra.westmidlands@dwp.gov.uk with your name and HASSRA number. 

Regional Photography Competition

HASSRA West Midland's Regional Photography Comptition will be held on 31st May at Charlecote Park, CV35 9ER. To apply, please email hassra.westmidlands@dwp.gov.uk with your name and HASSRA number. 

Venue

This year’s HASSRA Regional Photography Competition is being held at Charlecote Park, Nr Wellesbourne, Warwickshire, CV35 9ER.

Charlecote Park is a grand 16th-century country house, surrounded by its own deer park, on the banks of the River Avon near Wellesbourne, about 4 miles east of Stratford-upon-Avon and 5.5 miles south of Warwick, Warwickshire. It has been administered by the National Trust since 1946 and is open to the public. It is a Grade I listed building.

As the venue is owned by the National trust the cost of entry into the Grounds and Outbuildings will be £8.00 per individual if there are 15 entrants or more.

Categories

The categories are the same as in previous years; Plants & Flowers, Wildlife, Architecture, Landscapeand People. You are to submit two of your best shots but not of the same category. At the end of the shoot, I will then give you my personal email address to submit your photographs or they can be downloaded straight onto my laptop from your memory card (if you have one)! Only those photographs taken on the day will be permitted.

Clay Shooting Experience
