How Do I Join?

DWP Employees – please complete this online application. (Intranet link only available on Departmental IT)

Non-DWP staff – please complete this online application.

Retired DWP or DH staff who receive a Civil Service Pension – please complete this online application.

The National Associate Membership Scheme

The National Associate Membership scheme is open to former HASSRA members who are no longer employed by a qualifying employer, agency workers, NHS Trust staff and staff who are co-located with any of our qualifying employers.

How Do I Obtain My Membership Card?

You will be sent a HASSRA membership card with your unique number once your application has been processed. Please allow 15 days for receipt of your card. After you have received it, please keep it safe..

The HASSRA card is your passport to all of our fantastic benefits and offers.

If you have never previously had a card, or if you have lost it, you will need to apply for a new or replacement card.
