Attending National Conference

In the last quarter of each year, regions will ask their clubs to submit an activity report covering January to December. This will be used as the basis for their Best Club submission for regional HASSRA Awards
Regions will then work with their best large and small club to complete their submission for the National HASSRA Awards
If successful, representatives from the winning clubs will be invited by National HASSRA to attend the National Awards Dinner in May to receive their trophy
All invited guests will be asked to complete their registration on HASSRA Live detailing their accommodation, dietary and other requirements
Those attending the Awards Dinner on the Thursday night may wish to attend the National AGM on the Thursday afternoon. Individuals should liaise with their regions if this is required
Accommodation and meals are provided for the Awards Dinner, individuals can claim reasonable travel costs in accordance with the expenses policy. For more information, contact your HASSRA Region or use the Help Desk
Expenses can be claimed via your HASSRA Live account, all expenses will be reimbursed by BACS transfer. Please claim via expenses on HASSRA Live: Claim Expenses
