- I understand that any tickets I purchase are for my own personal use only.
- I understand that any tickets I purchase will not be sold, traded, or exchanged with another party for any reason.
- I understand that any tickets I purchase are non-refundable and I am responsible for ensuring they are used prior to expiry.
HASSRA does not promise that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, nor that it will provide specific results from use of the Site or any Content, search or link on it. The Site and its Content are delivered on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. HASSRA cannot ensure that files you download from the Site will be free of viruses or contamination or destructive features. HASSRA disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including also any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. HASSRA will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this Site, including without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, and punitive and consequential damages.
HASSRA does not promise that all products for sale provide the best value discount available at all times. HASSRA has no control over the prices set by the various cinema chains and theme park operators. Consequently, some tickets may at times be cheaper via other routes and other promotional offers. However, in the vast majority of cases, our tickets offer substantial savings over normal walk-up admission prices.
Any non-receipt of tickets must be reported within one month of the date of order dispatch confirmation, otherwise tickets cannot be replaced.
Tickets which are printed with an expiry date and must be used within that time. Anything between 2 months and above is considered to be acceptable and therefore no refunds can be given for unused tickets.
