Once you’ve had a quick introduction to the equipment and after a short safety briefing we will get to grips with how to control the board whilst kneeling. Once we’ve got that sorted we’ll look at getting stood up. After all, it is called stand-up paddle boarding.
When you’re feeling comfortable you’ll put your new found skills to use and go on a small journey.

Suggested to wear clothing and footwear that is lightweight that you don't mind getting wet.

Minimum age for activity is 13 years of age.

Full details of the event will be shared a few days prior to the session including timings, what you need to bring and you will also be asked to complete a short health questionnaire.
